Ryan is a 2/4 Splenic Manifestor, certified life and wellness coach, and expert in helping Manifestors honor their energy cycles and create sustainable habits. With over 600 hours of 1:1 coaching experience and 1,100+ hours facilitating virtual and in-person group programs, Ryan has guided countless Manifestors to transform their health and lives.
But Ryan’s journey to this expertise is personal. For years, food was his coping mechanism. At 5’8” and 293 pounds, he struggled with diets, workout plans, and quick fixes, feeling destined to stay “fat and ugly” forever.
But everything changed when he shifted his focus to slow, intentional habit change. Over 3–4 years, Ryan lost 130 pounds. 14 years later, the weight is still off and he’s living proof that sustainable health is possible without rigid diets or burnout.
