Thank you for these recordings. As an Ego Mani, even in year four of my experiment, I still struggle with connecting to my heart and moving past the negative connotations associated with “Ego”. I enjoyed Vaness’ powerful and vulnerable shares of her experiences with her heart. It resonated and expanded my experience of my own heart authority.

I also want to thank and recognize Holly for the vulnerable and impactful content around trauma that she chose to share with our community. I can hear (High Sound) how important and personal trauma work and her trauma journey have been for her, and I’m honored to be a part of whatever she chooses to share and wherever she’s inspired to go.
