Coaching Policy

If you book a coaching session with one of our coaches, you will receive an email confirmation with the contact details of your coach and next steps. All further communications in relation to your coaching will be sent to you by the coach directly.
In the case you do not receive the coach email instructions within 72 hours (Monday to Friday), please contact our team at [email protected] and they will assist you. If you have not been able to resolve the situation, book a session or contact your coach in 10 days after the moment you made your purchase, you can enquire about a refund.
The Mainfestor Community is an English language based business, we do not guarantee the sessions to be in any other language regardless of the coach's knowledge. Coaching sessions done in other languages are to the discretion of the coach and client but are not guaranteed by The Mainfestor Community.
In case of an emergency, you are able to reschedule a coaching service, up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment - please contact your coach directly for assistance.
Coaching Services are non refundable and non interchangeable between coaches.
