These are not random questions—each prompt has been carefully chosen to guide you into a deeper understanding of yourself, your energy, and how to navigate business your way. We’ve even worked with our specialty Business + Money Department Head, Taye, to craft these prompts for maximum impact in your business.

Hi, I’m Caro - an Emotional 1/3 Manifestor with a deep passion for community and support. Over the last two years, I’ve poured my energy into helping others as a Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager, creating aligned spaces for connection and growth. Now, as the Department Head for Community & Support at The Manifestor Community, I’m thrilled to bring you the Manifestor Business Lounge.
My path has been anything but linear and I’ve embraced many twists and turns that have shaped me who I am today. Each role has been a puzzle piece in building a life that feels uniquely mine.
Why I Created the Manifestor Business Lounge
As a Manifestor in business myself, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate entrepreneurship when our energy, aura, and way of operating are so different from the norm. Many of my soul-led clients are Manifestor business owners, and I see their struggles - constantly being pulled into responding, over-exerting themselves, having done so much alone whilst trying to honor their deep need for rest.
Through countless conversations in the TMC Instagram comment section, Manifestor Network and incubator calls, I kept sensing the same thing: a need for a space where Manifestor entrepreneurs - creators, CEOs, leaders, and visionaries - can connect, share, and talk about business in a way that actually makes sense for us. A space where we don’t have to filter ourselves, shrink our power, or explain our illogical, crazy urges.
The first Manifestor Lounge - designed for parents who are Manifestors - has been beyond incredible. I watched people exhale as they finally felt seen, validated, and free to express what they really wanted to say. I knew then that this was just the beginning.
So here it is: The Manifestor Business Lounge. A space where you can be supported, recognized, and surrounded by others who get it.
